Be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Perth ratify the Collective Agreement with OPSEU Local 435 as presented in Report 2023-Council-8.IC.1, and authorize staff to bring forward the required by-laws to a future Council meeting authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to complete the Collective Agreement with OPSEU, Local 435 for the period of June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2026, and to enact any new employment terms for both the union and non-union employees based on the Collective Agreement.
