As recommended by the Committee of the Whole, be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Perth: (i) approve Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. ZBL-01-2026; and, (ii) pass by-law No.3358-xxx being a By-law to further amend Zoning By-law No.3358 to change the zone category of lands municipally known as 1 Rogers Road, of the severed lands from Residential Fourth Density and Environmental Protection to Residential Fourth Density - Special Exception x, and of the retained lands from Residential Fourth Density and Environmental Protection to Residential Fourth Density - Special Exception x - Holding and Environmentally Protected, as presented in report 2026-COW-4.1.
