McRae As recommended by the Committee of the Whole, be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Perth direct the Climate Change Advisory Panel to investigate tree planting in the Town of Perth and bring back a concrete plan to a Committee of the Whole meeting about re-foresting our municipality.
