As recommended by the Committee of the Whole, be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Perth pass By-law No. 5XXX, being a By-law to adopt the 2023 Budget for The Corporation of the Town of Perth, including the following: a 2023 Operating Levy of $8,901,486, being an increase of 8.0% including 2.0% related to growth, an increase of 11% in Water and Sewer rates, the 2023 Operating Budget, the 2023 One-Time Operating Expenditure Budget, the 2023 Capital Expenditure Budget with associated funding, the proposed 2023 Reserve Transactions, 2023 BIA Levy of $111,200 (no increase), and the 2023 BIA Budgets, as presented in Report 2023-COW-1.4.
