Motion to move into the Public Hearing for Application D13-GO-05-22 at 5:40 p.m.

Motion to move into Public Hearing for D13-QU-06-22 at 5:54 p.m.

That the Town of Perth Committee of Adjustment defer the decision regarding application D13-QU-06-22, until the Planning Advisory Committee meeting on September 19, 2022.

As recommended by the Planning Advisory Committee, be it resolved that the Committee of the Whole pass a Temporary Zoning By-law Amendment (3358-xxxx) for property described as Plan 8828 Part Lot G, Plan 27R7721 Part 2 municipally known as 1851 Rogers Road in the Town of Perth to permit a seasonal refreshment vehicle for a period of three years.

As recommended by the Planning Advisory Panel, be it resolved that the Committee of the Whole amend By-law 4558, the Master Grant Policy Secondary Unit Grant Policy, as follows: (1) to provide a definition of “family” in Section 4-Definitions; and, (2) to change the last section of Section 5- Who Can Apply, from "Owners of the property must reside on the property" to "Owners of the property or their family must reside on the property".

That the Planning Advisory Committee meeting be adjourned at 6:40 PM.
