As recommended by the Planning Advisory Committee, be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Perth defer Zoning By-law Amendment (3358-xxx) for property described as Part of Lot 3, north side of South Street, Plan 8828, being Parts 1 and 2, Plan 27R-10906, 59 South Street, from Residential Second Density (R2) Zone to Residential Second Density (R2-x) to permit the use of the property for a farm produce stand, at such time as a satisfactory professional sketch is provided so that zone provisions can be determined.
