THAT the following By-laws and Motions listed below in the Consent Agenda be passed and numbered accordingly, with the exception of Motion #22-218 - Donaldson's Self Storage - Request to Lift a Holding Symbol, which was requested to be separated by Councillor Brock McPherson.

Be it resolved that the Council of the Town of Perth defer direction to staff: (i) to commence an Official Plan Amendment to permit the installation of a septic bed and water source and not require connection to municipal servicing on site for the property described as Bathurst Concession 1 Pt Lot 27, 27R-6865, Pt 1-3 in the Town of Perth (Donaldson's Self Storage); and, (ii) further direct staff to develop creative solutions to resolve this matter in a timely manner within the next two weeks, until staff can obtain further information.
