Be it resolved that the Town of Perth Committee of Adjustment receive Planning Report 2024-COA-1.1 dated January 30, 2024 regarding Minor Variance Application No. MV-03-2023 - 35 Halton Street - Stone and Pine Inc.; and further, that Minor Variance Application No. MV-03-2023 be approved with the following conditions: 1. The variance is solely for the relief of Section 7 of the Town of Perth Zoning By-law No. 3358, as amended. 2. All construction must comply with the Ontario Building Code. 3. The approved Grading and Drainage Plan provided by McIntosh Perry, revised November 2, 2023 be maintained on site at all times so as to prevent issues on adjacent sites. 4. That the snow guard installed will remain in place.

Be it resolved that the Town of Perth Committee of Adjustment receive Planning Report 2024-COA-1.2 dated January 30, 2024 regarding Minor Variance Application No. MV-05-2023 - 80 Drummond Street East - Mark and Andrea Bell; and further, that Minor Variance Application No. MV-05-2023 be approved with the following conditions: 1.That the Applicant apply for and receive a building permit for the construction of this project. 2. That the minor variance is granted solely for the relief from Section 8.2 of the Town of Perth Zoning By-law No. 3358, as amended. 3. All construction must comply to the Ontario Building Code. 4. Upon completion of construction of works an as-built survey will be submitted to the Town of Perth to confirm compliance with the minor variance approval.
