Be it resolved that the Town of Perth Committee of Adjustment receive Report 2023-COA-2.1 regarding Minor Variance Application #MV-02-2023 - 26 North Street - Gordon Norwood; and further, that Minor Variance Application #MV-02-2023 be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The minor variance is solely for relief from Section 4.32 of the Town of Perth Zoning By-law No. 3358. 2. All construction must comply with the Ontario Building Code. 3. Upon completion of construction of the works an As-Built Survey will be submitted to confirm compliance with the minor variance approval. 4. Any encroachment on Town lands will require an Encroachment Agreement with the Town. 5. That the Heritage Perth Advisory Panel be circulated the site plan and design for the front porch and stairs once a building application has been submitted for review.
