That the report dated March 7, 2023 to the Committee of Adjustment regarding Minor Variance File #MV-01-2023 be received; and That Minor Variance File #MV-01-2023 for the lands owned by Bill McGirr described as Plan 8828 PT Lot 19 N GRANT be approved with the following conditions: The variance is solely for relief from the exterior side yard setback from 4.5m to 2.13m on Wilson Street East. All construction must comply with the Ontario Building Code. Upon completion of construction of the works an As-Built Survey will be submitted to confirm compliance with the Minor Variance approval.
